In my position as Circulation Director at Pacific Magazines I employed the services of The Patter Merchants on numerous occasions to source promotional items for retail activity. In particular the sourcing of samples and fulfillment of the first national sample bag promotion for New Idea in Woolworths supermarkets. The sample bag assisted in a 121% increase in sales for the issue.
On time delivery and attention to detail are paramount in these types of promotions where third parties are involved. I didn't find the The Patter Merchants wanting in any of these areas.
